The following list contains the tasks required for this RFP: 1. Review current BWL plant-specific PER-006-1 training programs to ensure material includes discussion of the purpose of the protective relays and other topics to ensure compliance with the standard. Provide recommendations to the BWL for changes to the program, and work with the BWL team to implement any changes approved by the BWL. 2. Develop an evaluation to be issued to recipients of the training to ensure personnel have understanding of the Protection Systems and its effect on the output of the generator facilities. 3. The BWL has a Learning Management System (LMS) system that can be utilized to present training modules to necessary employees. Ideally, the updated training should be able to be developed as a SCORM file to be able to add to the LMS system. 4. Method of data transmission and storage for the material provided should be included in the bid response. Non-Disclosure agreements will be required for all individuals who will access the BWL data.
