The multiple award timber mark and cruise opportunity for the Ottawa National Forest consists of four (4) items. Each item scope of work and standards must conform to the base criteria within the base of this solicitation after award is made. Each items scope of work and design requirements may be found in attachments. Contractors are required to be Forest Service certified, or have in their employ a certified person, before bidding on a contract that includes volume determination. Certification from the Chequamegon-Nicolet or the Ottawa National Forests will be accepted. Proof of certification will be required. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, instruments, supplies, transportation, professional services and supervision, except that which is designated as Government-furnished property.
