Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Overnight, Weekend, and Holiday On-Call Telepsychiatry Services for Network180’s Behavioral Health Crisis Center. The Contractor will maintain a panel of up to twelve (12) Psychiatrists to ensure psychiatrist coverage as follows: 1) Weekday hours: Mondays/Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays from 5 p.m. through the next day at 8 a.m. 2) Weekend hours: Friday from 5 p.m. through Monday at 8 a.m. 3) Holidays: 24 hours a day (midnight to midnight) on Network180 recognized holidays, which include New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, and Christmas Day. 4) Regular weekdays hours (Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) scheduled in advance or for planned absences by Network180 psychiatric prescribers. 5) All services performed by a psychiatrist will be virtual (i.e., telepsychiatry). No on-site services will be required. The Contractor will recruit and maintain a panel of up to twelve (12) Psychiatrists to ensure coverage as described above. Psychiatrist means 1 or more of the following: 1) A physician who has completed a residency program in psychiatry approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education or the American Osteopathic Association, or who has completed 12 months of psychiatric rotation and is enrolled in an approved residency program as described in this subsection. 2) A psychiatrist employed by or under contract with the department or a community mental health services program on March 28, 1996. 3) A physician who devotes a substantial portion of their time to the practice of psychiatry and is approved by the director.
