The Eaton Regional Education Service Agency (ERESA) will be upgrading its IP telephone system in the district buildings. The project consists of replacement of the Cisco server, installation of Cisco software, and migration of the system configuration data to the new server for the approximately 150 district phones and corresponding users. The successful bidder will work with ERESA to develop and design a migration strategy to upgrade their current Cisco Unified Communications architecture without replacing the telephones. Bids are due February 5, 2016. This Project shall be completed by April 1, 2016.
