Specifications include, but are not limited to: installation of all the audio and video systems including classroom AV system and cabling, etc. All work shall include all equipment, labor, installation and testing ; a. Communications room racks and cabinets. b. Communications Cabling and Termination Equipment: a. User UTP Plenum rated CAT-6 cabling b. Fiber optic cabling and termination. 1) Terminate and test each fiber strand. Terminate into panels at each end. c. Clocks ; The audio and video systems in the building shall consist of but not be limited to: a. Classroom AV Systems b. Paging and Bell system additions 2. Test all AV systems ; Install an access control system in the building(s). a. Provide and install all equipment and servers and software required. 2. Provide raceways as shown on the drawings. a. EC to install raceways for new doors b. Security contractor to install raceways at existing doors. 3. Install all cabling required connect each door to the security panels ; Provide and install all cameras at all locations noted 3. Servers are existing. Add licenses and software to support additional cameras 4. Fully configure all software and hardware required for recording of camera images 5. Install viewing software on owner’s computers and devices.
