The program is estimating that 25 kits will provided this year, with a possibility of future kits if funds become available. An excel spreadsheet has been provided with 2 tabs for pricing on each size of kit. This Request for a Proposal (RFP) is seeking a contractor capable of: 1. Secure products for the kits. (excel spreadsheet posted with this document gives a list of items needed and should be used for pricing and submitted as part of your response) 2. Develop a way for end users to order kits and kit replenishments. 3. Deliver kits and Replenishment kits to the end user. C. Proposal Content A successful contractor must present a plan for: 1.
