Stand 4: Mark to 90-110 BA. Stand 9: Harvest all trees down to 2” at DBH. Multiple retention pockets will be left. Retain 3-10% of the total stand acreage. Retention islands must be greater than 0.25 acres. Stand 10: Mark to leave 20 BA, focusing on quality red pine and white pine seed trees. Leave natural regeneration of red pine, white pine, and jack pine under 4 inches at DBH. Stand 12: Mark to 70-90 BA. Favor retaining sugar maple and oaks. Cut all aspen. Note that the area north of 2½ Road is heavier to aspen, which will most likely result in lower BA’s. Stand 46: Cut all trees greater than 6” at DBH. Mark to leave no more than 10 BA of red pine, white pine, or oak. Stand 53: Mark to 80-100 BA. Favor retaining crop trees. Remove lower quality, stressed, and forked trees. Stand 55: Mark to 70-90 BA. Create one (1) 150-200 ft (drip line to drip line) gap per 2 acres. Stand 59: Mark to leave 30-50 BA, favoring pine, sugar maple, and oak. Stand 68: Mark to 70-90 BA. Create one (1) 150-200 ft (drip line to drip line) gap per 2 acres. Stand 90: Cut all trees 2” at DBH or greater. No retention due to small stand size. Stand 91: Cut all trees 2” at DBH or greater. Mark to leave 20 BA.
