Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project #1: Construction of approximately 10,000 s.f. of new classroom and support space and related interior renovations, site modifications and parking and all related mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical and IT service modifications required to the existing Career Tech Center as indicated on the construction documents, for development of a new Manufacturing Technology program. Project #2: Minor interior renovation of existing storage and garage areas within the existing Career Tech Center facility and construction of an approximate 50 s.f. addition (Base Bid) or an approximate 890 s.f. addition (Alternate No. 1) to the existing Career Tech Center and all related mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical and IT service modifications required as indicated on the construction documents for development of a new Precision Machine Tooling instructional area and construction of an approximately 360 s.f. storage addition. Project #3: Minor interior renovation of the existing Welding shop within the existing Career Tech Center facility and construction of an approximate 700 s.f. addition and all related mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical and IT service modifications required as indicated on the construction documents for the existing Welding program.
