Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project work scope includes reconstruction of existing parking lots and drives (approximately 7.8 acres of paving) ; Crushing and shaping the majority of the existing HMA parking lots and drive surfaces to maintain and enhance existing drainage patterns using crushed materials, as proper compacted base, eliminating the need for crushed material haul-off. Placing two new courses of HMA pavement over crushed and shaped areas, tying into existing concrete curb and gutters, sidewalks and re-setting existing storm sewer, sanitary sewer and monitor well structures to meet new paved surfaces. Cold milling a portion of the southern bus parking lot HMA surface and other mill and fill areas, as indicated on plan sheet, and placing a two lift HMA overlay, tying into existing surface levels or new grades as shown on plans. Provide integral speed bumps in drives where indicated. There will be new concrete curb and gutter, catch basins and storm sewer installed in the NW parking lot and miscellaneous sidewalk/driveway removal and replacement throughout the project limits. Provide all painted markings, arrows, parking separation, etc. per existing conditions. Bring perimeter grades to newly laid paving, seed and fertilize as required to insure growth.
