Specifications include, but are not limited to: • This is an upgrade of the components of the video security system. • Work shall include but not be limited to: o Install cabling, security cameras, network switches and servers/storage to support the new and existing cameras plus the growth factor. See specs and drawings. o Replace existing camera monitoring PC’s and provide new PC’s as noted on the drawings and specifications. • For new cameras (not replaced cameras) provide costs to include license software maintenance thru July 1, 2024. Genetec base camera licenses shall be transferred from the owners’ pool of licenses. Replacement Cameras do not need a new license • For new monitoring PC’s provide Genetec licenses . Replacement PC’s do not need a new license • Fully load the latest Genetec software on the servers and PC’s and upgrade all new and existing camera software to the latest firmware that is compatible with the Genetec software. • Provide full documentation and as-builts of network connectivity and camera locations and camera numbers on red-lined PDF documents. See specifications for full closeout documentation required. • Extend UPS power to PC locations as shown in the Administration Building • Replace all existing UPS units in other buildings • Add surge protection devices on exterior mounted cameras and cabinets.
