The storm drain outside the Atrium is under-engineered for the volume of water displacement caused by snow/ice melts and excessive rainstorms. Q Conference Rooms and Atrium: Severe flooding has resulted in damage to walls, and flooring, including drywall, carpeting, and structural components. 2. Basement: Persistent flooding has compromised the functionality of the basement area, potentially causing damage to equipment and essential infrastructure. The selected contractor/engineering firm shall complete the following tasks in accordance with the supplemental information supplied as attachments in this RFP: 1. Execute project documents provided, including all drawings and specifications necessary to complete the project as included in the bid packet. 2.
