The project primarily includes the construction of two (2) unconditioned storage buildings on the DIISD Technical Education Center campus. The first building shall be a 1,200 square foot conventional wood frame structure with covered exterior storage on either side, intended to house building supplies for the Building Trades instructional space nearby. The second building shall be a 1,440 square foot conventional wood frame structure, intended to house fleet vehicles and for general storage. Each building shall be constructed on frost-protected shallow foundation system with a thickened edge monolithic slab. Each building will have minimal service for power, lighting, and drainage with little-to-no interior finishing.
