Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB) is requesting professional architectural and engineering services for design and construction administration for the replacement of two (2) existing traction passenger elevators at the Michigan State Police Training Academy at the Secondary Complex near Dimondale, Michigan. The project will consist of removal and replacement of existing elevator machinery, controls (including access controls), and renovation of existing elevators cabs. The selected design professional shall make a recommendation to either renovate or replace the existing elevator cabs. The design professional shall include the services of an elevator consultant.
