The State of Michigan is seeking a proposal for Professional Services Contract (PSC) for Engineering Services for the design of electrical connections of new systems furniture on the 2nd floor of the Stabenow Building. Furniture design provided by DTMB – State Facilities Administration (SFA) - Real Estate Division (RED) and installation provided by DBI, Inc. Data equipment, low voltage wiring, electronic signage, monitors and support brackets to be provided by the State of Michigan. The PSC will coordinate services with DTMB and IT Services. Scope of work to include, but not limited to, verify existing floor conditions, review existing electrical power distribution on floor, design electrical power distribution system to support proposed new furniture layout, new configuration of some light fixtures, design of conduit and data drops for equipment indicated in design documents, relocate fire alarms and sprinklers, and construction documents (plans and specifications) suitable for review and approval by LARA.
