Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Wayne County Regional Educational Service Agency (RESA) is requesting proposals, for contractors to provide a Student Information System (SIS), Special Education Team for training and technical support to Detroit Public Schools Office of Specialized Student Services (O.S.S.S.) The contactors team will ensure the Student Information System (SIS) Special Education components are successfully implemented within Detroit public Schools on behalf of Wayne RESA. Trains and provides technical support to DPS Special Education staff on the process for accurately recording Special Education Data in the MIStar SIS System (aka RESA SIS). Generates various reports that are used to identify errors with Special Education data. Works with the Special Education Placement Administrators, Support staff, Supervisors and Coordinators to resolve the various Special Education errors.
