Specifications include, but are not limited to: Snow Plowing: The Contractor shall complete all areas by 7:00AM, for Site #1 – Middletown and 6:00 a.m. for Site #2 – Rocky Hill. In the event the storm continues throughout the working day, the contractor must maintain an open travel area during the operation hours of the facility. Hours of operation for Site #1 are: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and Site #2 are: 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Should there be snowfall on the weekends, snow shall be removed prior to hours of operation on Monday and/or before freezing occurs. Site #1 has two parking lots, front and rear of building and the walkway along the side of the building, connecting the two lots. Snow and icue must be removed from fire exits. Site #2 has two parking lots, and one walkway. Snow should be removed from fire exits. Hand shoveling may be required for each site.
