● Snow plowing/salting services of the parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, play pads, school fronts, loading dock, areas of the schools and buildings. The contractor will keep sight lines clear, as best as possible, of snow piles especially at roadway entrances and exits from parking lots and drives. Work will be at the below referenced addresses; ● Memphis Junior/Senior High School, located at 34130 Bordman Road, Memphis Michigan 48041 ● Memphis Elementary School, located at 34165 Bordman Road, Memphis Michigan 48041 ● Memphis Bus Garage, located at 34841 Bordman Road, Memphis Michigan 48041 ● Memphis Central Office, located at 34110 Bordman Road, Memphis Michigan 48041 ● Marking of areas of parking lots and/or drives with reflective markers where snow plowing services will be conducted to prevent damage to property and other obstacles. ● Services are expected based on weather conditions and experience to keep the District safe and operating during snow events. ● Salt and equipment may be stored on District property depending on availability. ● Snow plowing and salting services must be completed at the Bus garage before 0530 A.M. and 0600 A.M. for all other buildings after a snow event. ● Any additional services necessary to maintain safety on all District properties.
