Specifications include, but are not limited to: Snow plowing parking lots/spaces, entrances and driving areas. Shovel all sidewalks (with the exception of the stretch of sidewalk between the middle rear door and the rear door to the east), entrances, and exits at main building, heated garage, and cold storage garage, including all overhead garage door openings. De-icing all sidewalks, entrances, and exits at main building, heated garage, and cold storage garage including all overhead garage door openings using ice melt. *Salt and/or rock salt (sodium chloride) cannot be used on concrete surfaces. Vendor must provide all rock salt and ice melt to be used and include the cost of the rock salt and ice melt in their bid price. Snow relocation on site. Snow bank management to allow for clear visibility at road openings and maintain parking areas clear of plowed/banked snow.
