Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor agrees to use continuous care and caution at all times while performing snow plowing, snow shoveling, de-icing, and snow pushing near parked vehicles and pedestrians to avoid personal injury or damage to property. B. The Contractor agrees to provide “automatic” snow removal / plowing services for snowfalls of THREE (3) inches or more. C. The Contractor agrees to provide “on-call” snow removal / plowing services, de-icing, and / or parking lot sand application within two (2) hours of request for service by the Contract Administrator or designee D. The Contractor agrees to plow snow from the parking lot and driving areas, leaving all parking spaces available for continuous use.
