Specifications include, but are not limited to: i)The Contractor will be required to commence to perform its snow and ice removal service withintwo (2) hours after receipt of each and every request for such service from the Airport Authorityand will work continuously until each job assignment is completed as directed by the AirportAuthority.ii)At the beginning of each snow event, the Contractor must confirm with the designated AirportAuthority personnelthe total number of staff on site performing snow removal operations.iii)The Contractor must provide to the Airport Authority, a Daily Activity Report after each snowevent that they work. All snow removal activities that are recorded in the Daily Activity Report willbe submitted to Airport Authority for review and approval.(1)Daily activity reports for each applicable snow event must be submitted with its respectiveinvoice to verify all charges.(2)Daily activity reports must include the following information (the Contractor must beresponsible for all time sheets, including their subcontractors):(a)Date and time of Call-in requested by the Airport Authority;(b)Number of pieces and type of equipment used (including vehicle number and licenseplate).
