Specifications include, but are not limited to:1.0 SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES 1.1 Parking Lots at both facilities must be plowed and/or salted for buses/students/employees by 6:00 am (at the latest) Building Hours: Education Center: Monday through Saturday from 6:00 am-8:00 pm Burger Baylor: Monday through Friday 6:00 am-5:00 pm (closed most Saturday and Sundays) 1.2 (To ensure snow and is removed and salt appropriately applied at both facilities), WCRESA believes critical hour for service start to be 3:00 am. Lot schedules and priority areas will be mutually agreed upon between the WCRESA Director of Operations and IT Infrastructure or designee and awarded Supplier. 1.3 Buildings are to be serviced multiple times per day, as needed 1.4 Plowing and salting services include all parking lots, entrances, driveways, service drives, private and public sidewalks up to each entranceway. 1.5 Snow Plowing and Salting • Less than 1” snow=salt at 15°F or higher • Less than 1” snow=salt and plow at 15°F or lower • Greater than 1”snow=salt and plow.
