Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Respondent is to clearly stake all areas to be plowed. • Respondent is responsible for complete snowplowing when 2” or more of snow has accumulated by 4 am each day and again if 2” or more accumulates. • The parking lot has the least amount of traffic between 8pm – 4am. • Respondent is responsible to keep the parking lot free of ice as reasonably possible. For example, slush that is caused by thawing snow or rain is to be plowed when there is the possibility that it may create hazardous conditions. • Respondent is responsible for removing drifting snow from drives and parking lots when requested by Kent County. • Respondent is to replace and/or repair all parking lot sod that may be displaced and/or damaged by plowing.
