Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Shall plow parking area and the driveway leading to the dwelling. Plow snow accumulations of three (3) inches or more. Plowing shall be done once per day, unless a significant amount of snowfall occurs. If such action occurs, the Contractor will only plow after the significant snowfall stops. 2. Clear snow from and sand/salt all sidewalks leading to the dwelling, ramps, steps, and porches, as needed, for all addresses listed above. 3. Clear snow from, sand, and salt entire sidewalk between homes around circle as indicated in yellow on map. 4. Routinely salt and/or sand, even when no snowfall, the driveway, sidewalks, ramps, steps, and porches leading to the entrances of each address. 5. Must maintain salt and/or sand, on regular basis even when no accumulation has occurred for each address and the common sidewalk between addresses on the circle. 6. Properly place the snow or remove it to minimize loss of parking space. B. Must be available for plowing from November 1, 2021 through April 30, 2022. C. Observe all applicable prescribed safety regulations and practices (see Appendix “A”). D. Contractor shall be responsible to make turf, parking lot, sidewalk, roads and curb repairs in areas where Contractor’s equipment damages said areas
