Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Must have the necessary equipment, supplies, and materials to accomplish the task of snow removalservices at 910 and 912 Petoskey St., Petoskey, Michigan (Multi Family Apartments). Equipment must bein working order to accomplish the contract obligations.B.Plow or blow the main driveway leading to the building, drives leading to each entry, parking area andtrash collection areas.C.Plow snow when there is an accumulation of three (3) inches or more. Plowing shall be done once per day,unless a significant amount of snowfall occurs. If such action occurs, the Contractor will only plow afterthe significant snowfall stops.D.Clear snow from the main sidewalk leading to the building, main entrance to building and porch area toeach apartment main entry.E.Salt and/or sand, as needed, the main driveway, walkways, parking areas, sidewalks, entries, porches andcommon areas.
