A. Must have the necessary equipment, supplies, and materials to accomplish the task of snow removal services at 910 and 912 Petoskey St., Petoskey, Michigan (Multi Family Apartments). Equipment must be in working order to accomplish the contract obligations. B. Plow or blow the main driveway leading to the building, drives leading to each entry, parking area and trash collection areas. C. Plow snow when there is an accumulation of three (3) inches or more. Plowing shall be done once per day, unless a significant amount of snowfall occurs. If such action occurs, the Contractor will only plow after the significant snowfall stops. D. Clear snow from the main sidewalk leading to the building, main entrance to building and porch area to each unit’s main entry (see area in green on map - Attachment 1). E. Salt and/or sand, as needed, the main driveway, walkways, parking areas, sidewalks, and entries, F. Must maintain salt and/or sand, on regular basis even when no accumulation has occurred, the entire driveway, walkways, parking areas, sidewalks, and entries. G. Work with LTBB Housing Department to schedule when services are provides so parking and obstacles can be removed H. Properly place the snow or remove it to minimize loss of parking space. I. If snow encroaches on driveways, parking, sidewalks, and/or hinders line of sight, load and remove dispose of off property. J. Available for plowing all addresses from November 1, 2024 through May 1, 2025. K. Observe all applicable prescribed safety regulations and practices (see Appendix “A”). L. Contractor will be responsible to make turf, parking lot, and sidewalk and curb repairs in areas where Contractor’s equipment damages said areas. M. Contractor is responsible for any damages to LTBB or neighboring property caused by Contractor or Contractor’s equipment that may occur during the fulfilment of this contract.
