Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The contractor must have the capability of removing snow from each location when snow pile(s) become toolarge. The Airport Manager or their designee will make the determination as to when snow piles must beremoved or relocated.2. The contractor must have the capability of salting the drives and lots.3. Remove Snow as follows:a.Main parking lot and all sidewalks on the east side of the buildingb.All asphalt areas and building and aircraft apron access points on the west side of the buildingc.Before 6:00 a.m., Monday-Fridayd.Before 12:00 p.m. Saturdaye.Before 12:00 p.m. Sunday4. When snowfall accumulation is greater than one inch (1"), ALL areas are to have snow removed and all areas areto be salted as necessary.5. When snow accumulation is greater than one quarter inch (.25") and less than one (1"), all sidewalks and buildingaccess points are to be shoveled or broomed, and salted, using a spreader that will dispense the de-icing materialevenly to prevent waste
