Specifications include, but are not limited to: Snow Removal Hourly Rate: 1. Areas must be cleared by 5:30 a.m. 2. Must have capability of salt/de-ice all parking lots. 3. Job must be bid in seasonal contract price in 3 installments. 4. Cleaning should not normally exceed 3 hours. 5. Please indicate which equipment you have available, and the hourly rate of use for those noted below: a) 4x4 Pick-up Truck b) Loader with blade (Specify width) c) Bobcat or other tractor of appropriate size d) Backhoe e) Salt (per ton spread) 6. Identify sidewalks, mark campus obstructions, locations of snow piles as determined. District will do a walk through with contractor for snow placement once the bid is awarded. 7. Rate the priority of the Tuscola I.S.D. on a scale of 1-5, with 1 being your top priority in your operations for snow removal services, including daytime hours 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. 8. Fully insured with Workmen’s Comp. and Liability Insurance. Campus damage caused by snow removal exceeding $500.00, will need to be reimbursed to the Tuscola I.S.D.
