Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of Work: The Contractor shall provide all personnel and equipment required to remove snow and slush accumulation, using mutually agreeable methods, from all parking areas, access drives, sidewalks and play pads. Contractor shall provide slush and snow removal services (the “Services”) with the School District’s approval or direction from the Maintenance Supervisor whenever one and a half (1 ½) inch or more of snow or slush accumulation exists on the School Premises. All plowed areas shall have no more than one‐fourth (1/4) inch of snow remaining upon completion of work. Access road and aisles in the Transportation lot must be cleared by 5:30 a.m. The first buses leave at 5:45 a.m. All buses are out of the lot between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. The Transportation lot must be cleared during that time. Please note completion times for all other School Premises at section 2.4.1 above. On all holidays/scheduled school closings, it will be the School District’s discretion to request Services.
