Specifications include, but are not limited to: Snow Plowing/Removal; The parking lots and driveways are located at the following addresses: Administrative Building, 211 W. Main Street – parking lot directly to the west of the building, the lot on the corner of Court & Walnut Streets and the drive on the south side of the building. Drain Commission, 211 W. Main Street – drive around the Drain Commission maintenance Building on Walnut Street Animal Control, 155 W. Quarterline Street – parking lot south and to the east of the building. **Public Safety Complex, 649 – 659 N. State Street – parking lot to the east, north, west and south of the building including the service drive from M-66 to Quarterline Street. Area to also include the parking area in front of the maintenance storage pole barn. ** Court Complex, 617 – 639 N. State Street – parking lots to the north and west of the building. Health Department/Commission on Aging Building, 613 N. State Street – drives to the west of the building, north and west parking lot. Pandemic Building, 651 N. State Street – west of pole barn, both lots front and back. Ambulance Facility, 661 N. State Street – north of pole barn, parking lots and driveways servicing the building.** All parking lots and driveways will be clear of any snowfall 2 inches or more with plowing to occur prior to 7:00 a.m. each weekday. If snow removal/plowing is required over the weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday) the Public Safety Complex and Ambulance Facility are the ONLY authorized lots to be plowed, (noted with **). The other county lots will need to be plowed by Monday morning at 7:00 a.m. Ice control to maintain a safe environment. County Maintenance staff will maintain salting and plowing of all sidewalks and plowing of accumulations less than 2 inches in lots as needed during business hours.
