Specifications include, but are not limited to: All parking lots and driveways will be clear of any snowfall 2 inches or more with plowing to occur prior to 7:00 a.m. each weekday. If snow removal/plowing is required over the weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday) the Public Safety Complex and Ambulance Facility are the ONLY authorized lots to be plowed, (noted with **). The other county lots will need to be plowed by Monday morning at 7:00 a.m. Ice control to maintain a safe environment. County Maintenance staff will maintain salting and plowing of all sidewalks and plowing of accumulations less than 2 inches in lots as needed during business hours. Any unauthorized plowing or work performed on snow falls less than 2 inches on weekend lots not specified above will result in non-payment of said services. The Contractor shall procure, pay the premium on, keep and maintain during the season adequate general liability insurance covering injuries, death and property damage arising out of the services performed by the Contractor, and also carry worker’s compensation for its employees. The Contractor shall provide the County with a certificate of insurance evidencing the insurance coverage required.
