Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and / or services necessary to perform the Contract Activities as described. The required objective is to maintain facility parking lot and sidewalks in a safe condition for use by State employees and DNR customers. The Contractor agrees all snow and ice removal services shall be completed prior to 7:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and State Holidays. ; Snow and ice shall be removed from all sidewalks and entrances in front of, or surrounding, both buildings and Contractor supplied, Program Manager approved, deicer applied as needed. ; Contractor agrees to provide “on-call” snow removal / plowing services, de-icing, and / or parking lot sand application within two (2) hours of request for service by the Program Manager or designee, and accumulated snow removal within 24 hours of request by Program Manager or designee.
