• Provide a statement of qualifications and experience. • Snow clearing shall occur when accumulation reaches a depth of one (1) inch or more, whether from snowfall, wind-blown accumulation, or street clearing depositing snow at intersections. • Provide all labor, equipment, fuel, materials, and supervision necessary to perform the work. • Overnight snowfall must be cleared prior to 7:30 a.m.; daytime snowfall shall be cleared as soon as practicable to maintain safe, passable conditions. • Maintain a minimum six (6) foot path on sidewalks and through kiosks, as well as crosswalks. In early-season months, wider clearing is expected when conditions allow. • Prevention and removal of ice is required. Apply salt and/or sand as directed by the City to ensure safe pedestrian movement. • Contractor shall coordinate regularly with the Street Department for intersections, kiosks, and sidewalk areas following City street plowing. • All work shall be performed to avoid damage to brick pavers, kiosks, decorative lights, trees, benches, planters, and other streetscape improvements. • Provide a complete listing of equipment proposed to be used for snow clearing and de-icing
