Traverse Bay Area Intermediate School District will receive sealed Bids for the following renovations within the TBA ISD Career Tech Center: Project work scopes include polishing of the existing concrete floors within Small Engine, Auto-Tech, Auto Body and support classrooms - Project No. 1, and development of a new regional STEM Robotics Classroom and a new Technical Writing Classroom - Project No. 2 . Work shall include all related plumbing, mechanical, electrical and IT service modifications required, as indicated on the Construction Documents. Contractor shall be responsible for development of new IT services and connections required within these areas of renovation within the Career Tech Center, as indicated on the construction documents
