Specifications include, but are not limited to: Flagler Schools is seeking the services of individuals or firms interested in providing an Onsite Employee Health and Wellness Center for the qualifying employees of Flagler County Schools. The District is considering implementation of an onsite clinic with the following goals: • Primary care and preventive care • Chronic condition management • Disease management • Health coaching • Lab work • Occupational health services • Pre-employment screening to include DOT • Prescription dispensary Detour any unauthorized guests off the County Building’s property in a professional manner and submit a written report. Report all accidents or injuries immediately to your supervisor and follow up with a written report to the Emmet County Administrator within 24 hours of incidents. Enforces security and protection rules and maintains order. Deal effectively and properly with disruptions in a respectful and tactful manner. Maintain an orderly atmosphere conducive to the County Building and Regulations. Schedule shall be on an as needed basis between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Manage the two-lane security door entrance. Security guards shall possess the necessary skills to use basic security software programs, maintain entry logs, and operate any related equipment at the applicable County location. Direct visitors to their locations within the County Building in a courteous manner. Work with County’s Security Policy. The County reserves the right to request that the Vendor remove and replace security guards that fail to comply with any requirement of this RFP or the contract or for any other reason as deemed necessary by the County.
