Contractor shall provide all vehicles, materials, carts, labor, water, tools, equipment, light, power, fuel, transportation, licensure, environmental compliance, maintenance and other facilities or other necessary provisions to perform residential collection services and commercial front load and/or roll-off dumpster services at public facilities and other designated locations. Weekly Residential Solid Waste and Bulk Waste Services Contractor shall provide each residential unit with services for collection, transportation and disposal of residential solid waste. Contractor shall provide a Township-approved 90+ gallon cart for the collection of MSW that is labeled “TRASH” and readily identifiable from other carts. Contractor shall provide automated weekly curbside pickup, transportation, and disposal of MSW at all residential properties, including multi-family units and condominiums, from Townshipapproved carts, in coordination with other services in the service area at locations designated by the Township. Contractor shall collect up to two (2) additional or excess bagged municipal solid waste bags placed outside of the cart at no additional charge. Contractor shall enroll all residential MSW customers for collection, transportation and disposal and bill them directly on a quarterly basis consistent with the rates set forth pursuant to this solicitation. Homeowners and/or residents who seasonally live in the Township shall have the ability to discontinue service without charge for months of non-residence. Upon request, homeowners and/or residents shall have the ability to request a smaller size cart, such as a 60+ gallon cart, without charge. On-Call Curbside Bulk Waste Services Contractor shall provide fee-based, on-call curbside pickup, transportation, and disposal of allowable bulk items, at all residential properties, including multi-family units and condominiums on regularly scheduled service days. To be eligible for bulk waste services, households must contact the contractor and schedule service and payment terms at rates set forth herein at least 48 hours prior to the regularly scheduled collection day in which service is to take place. Bulk waste services, acceptable items, volume and pricing shall be proposed by offerors. Bi-Weekly Residential Single Stream Recycling Services For households opting-in for bi-weekly single stream recycling services, contractor shall provide each residential unit with services for bi-weekly collection, transportation and processing of residential single stream recyclables. Contractor shall provide a Township-approved 90+ gallon cart for the collection of residential single stream recyclables that is labeled “RECYCLING” and readily identifiable from other carts. Contractor shall provide recycling collection services in coordination with other services in the service area at locations designated by the Township. Contractor shall enroll all recycling services households who have selected this service and bill them directly on a quarterly basis consistent with the rates set forth pursuant to this solicitation. Homeowners and/or residents who seasonally live in the Township shall have the ability to discontinue service without charge for months of non-residence. Upon request, homeowners and/or residents shall have the ability to request a smaller size cart, such as a 60+ gallon cart, without charge.
