4. REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION 1. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for the terminal clean of the construction site. 2. All penetrations through partition walls, ceilings, and floors must be fire-caulked. 3. The CONTRACTOR shall not disturb any pipe insulation beyond the scope of WORK. 4. The CONTRACTOR shall restore any areas and materials disrupted during construction with equal product in quality and volume. Any items not specified in Drawings and Specifications must be referred back to the Architect of Record for Supplementary specifications/information. 5. SAFETY & SECURITY 1. The CONTRACTOR, as a SINGLE PRIME CONTRACTOR, shall satisfy all provisions of the “Multiple Contract Summary.” 6. TEMPORARY CONTROLS 1. The CONTRACTOR, as a SINGLE PRIME CONTRACTOR, shall satisfy all provisions of the “Multiple Contract Summary.” 7. PROTECTION OF THE WORK AND PROPERTY 1. The CONTRACTOR shall maintain public areas free from construction debris by mopping/wiping surfaces as needed at regular intervals throughout each workday. 2. The CONTRACTOR shall disconnect and protect all electrical components before demolition. 3. The CONTRACTOR, as a SINGLE PRIME CONTRACTOR, shall satisfy all provisions of the “Multiple Contract Summary.
