Assist with improving and/or redesigning Michigan Medicine (MM) Health Information Technology and Services' current ServiceNow Service Catalog to include cloud services, specifically for the pre-approved and pre-assured IaC patterns that have already been developed and establishing a framework to easily add more IaC patterns and pre-existing cloud services that are available through Microsoft Azure, with proper governance and financial transparency. As a second deliverable, MM is seeking a qualified Supplier to assist with design, implementation, and support of an Azure Virtual Enclave —a robust and controlled computing environment intended to facilitate authorized access to Protected Health Information (PHI) for research and analysis purposes.
