The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Detroit District intends to issue a Request for Proposal to Award a firm fixed-price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) service contract to provide for Drawings Digitization for the Sault Sainte Marie Area Office, Sault Sainte Marie, MI. The Contractor is required to provide all personnel, scanning equipment, software, facilities, maintenance, routine services, and repairs with any equipment required for the digitization of up to a maximum of 16,000 architectural and engineering drawings. Task orders will be issued against this contract for various amounts, sizes and types of drawings. The drawings will be delivered to and retrieved from the Contractor?s location. All drawings will be digitized at the Contractor?s permanent/temporary/mobile location. The location must be secured and provide climate control, including temperature and humidity control measures, to protect the drawings and must be located within 250 miles by vehicle from 312 W. Portage Ave, Sault Sainte Marie, MI 49783 and within the United States of America. General Information:This project is set aside for Small Businesses.
