Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City has obtained a Federal Grant to fund sanitary sewerrepair work within the Rouge Watershed area of the City. Section11 of these Instructions to Bidders, and Appendix E were addedto comply with the federal grant requirements. This project isbroken down into two parts for internal accounting purposes, asfollows. The scope of work for Part A - Rouge Grant includeslining of approximately 276 LFT of 8 sanitary sewer, 27 LFT of8 stent lining, 6 LFT of 10 stent lining, 8 LFT of 15 stentlining, grouting 31 joints, and rehabilitation of 69 sanitarysewer manholes. Due to time constraints for the grant funding,the work for Part A of this project must be completed first. Thescope of work for Part B - Add-On Work (Excluded from RougeGrant) includes lining of approximately 951 LFT of 8" sanitarysewer, 36 LFT of 8" stent lining, 23 LFT of 10" stent lining, 10LFT of 12" stent lining, 10 LFT of 15" stent lining, grouting 88joints, and rehabilitation of 63 sanitary sewer manholes.
