Specifications include, but are not limited to: Relocation and removal of the residence located at 1382 108th Avenue, Byron Center Michigan 49315. The scope of services shall include all aspects to successfully move the structure including, but not be limited to, the following requirements: • Demonstrated experience and capability to move structure in accordance with generally accepted moving practices and procedures. • Submit a project plan with time frames for completion of all requirements for house removal. The moving deadline is June 30, 2022. • Respondent is required to winterize the plumbing if they cannot complete the work before freezing weather sets in. • Respondent is required to obtain proper permits. • Respondent is required to meet the standard insurance requirements and indemnify the County from any and all liability resulting from the move of the home.
