Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor must have the capability of salting the drives and lots. 3. Remove Snow as follows: a. Main parking lot and all sidewalks on the east side of the building b. All asphalt areas and building and aircraft apron access points on the west side of the building c. Before 6:00 a.m., Monday-Friday d. Before 12:00 p.m. Saturday e. Before 12:00 p.m. Sunday 4. When snow fall accumulation is greater than one inch (1"), ALL areas are to have snow removed and all areas are to be salted as necessary. 5. When snow accumulation is greater than one quarter inch (.25") and less than one (1"), all sidewalks and building access points are to be shoveled or broomed, and salted, using a spreader that will dispense the de-icing material evenly to prevent waste.
