Proposals are being solicited to contract for strategic and functional business processassessment services for the Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority). Proposers may elect tosubmit a proposal for either:1) Package A, which includes all BProcurement, Human Resources, Financeand Technology) and any one, all or no Oareas (Operations, RevenueManagement, Airport Development, Communications and Marketing). Please note that qualifiedproposers may submit a proposal for all Base functional areas without any of the Optionalfunctional areas.
