Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide uniformed security personnel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Theaverage weekly contract hours are estimated to be600hoursSept-Mayand375hoursJune-Aug. NMC reserves the right to adjust the service hours based upon utilization plansfor the facilities and implementation of technology. The scope of services required for thepersonnel are listed below:a.Security monitoring and patrols at all five NMC campuses (link tocampus maps).b.Securing the physical assets of the institution, ensuring the buildingsand rooms are locked during periods of non-use and free from anyunauthorized personnel.c.Security escorts non-motorized (walk escorts) for NMC faculty,staff and students.d.Support of other College related operations as needed.3.02. Firms are to provide additional staff resources, as requested, at the samerate to augment NMC special event functions or requirements.3.03. NMC will provide the following to the firm in support of their role.a.Vehicle (security patrols only)b.Camerasc.Computer accessd.Radio, Cell Phone and Flashlights.
