Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Provide and install Hager Control Partitioning and Alarm & Communication Software on the district’s server. •Provide and install Hager (or approved equivalent by owner and consultant) controllers at doors as noted on provided building drawings. oBase Bid includes two (2) doors at each building. oAlternate #1 includes one (1) additional door at each building. oAlternate #2 includes all other doors as noted at each building. •Provide and install a new multiclass reader, electrified hardware or electric strike, and a door position switch at each opening. •Provide and install all cabling as needed. •Provide and install all cabling as needed to allow for an additional strike on each double leafed opening. •Provide and install disconnects for wiring installed in removable mullions. •Integrate the magnetic hold-opens at Edgemont Elementary School and McBride Middle School. •Provide eight hundred (800) credential fobs. •Provide programming as required. •Provide owner training for the access control system for up to four (4) hours. •Provide a two (2) year warranty as described in the specifications.
