Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Bridgman Fire Department is seeking sealed bids to replace an existing Scott Simple Air Compressor. All bids shall be submitted for the following quantities: (1) Compressor System (Minimum 10 HP, 10 scfm, 6000 psi) (1) Integrated Carbon Monoxide Monitor All associated hardware SCBA COMPRESSOR AND FILL STATION SPECIFICATIONS 6000 psi capable compressor system, integrated Carbon Monoxide Monitor with associated hardware to install and connect to existing Scott Revolve Air fill station. CALIBRATION KIT FOR CARBON MONOXIDE MONITOR Calibration Kit shall include: A calibration regulator and connection hose assembly, 1 20PPM calibration gas cylinder and 1 Zero PPM calibration gas cylinder with Material Safety Data Sheets for both. The calibration gas cylinder’s volume shall be enough for a minimum of twelve calibrations when used according to the instructions provided. Complete instructions for proper calibration and a protective hard plastic carrying case that houses all kit components. DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND TRAINING The Dept. shall receive training by the distributor on the operation and maintenance of the system as required. Any exceptions to these specifications must be detailed in a separate attachment. Failure to do so will automatically disqualify the bidder. The successful bidder must be a sales distributor, authorized by the manufacturer, to sell the equipment specified herein. The system shall be installed and tested as a complete system upon delivery.
