Local Time, TUESDAY, September 9, 2014, at which time thenames of submitting proposers will be publicly read. The Cityof Rochester Hills officially distributes bid documents from thePurchasing Division or through the Michigan IntergovernmentalTrade Network (MITN). Copies of bid documents obtained from anyother source are not considered official copies. Only thosevendors who obtain bid documents from either the PurchasingDivision or the MITN System are guaranteed access to receiveaddendum information, if such information is issued.
