Contractor will identify and categorize potential risks and hazards that could impact Camp Grayling Joint Maneuver Training Center (CGJMTC) located in Grayling, Michigan and Ft. Custer Training Center (FCTC) in Augusta, Michigan. These hazards may include but are not limited to structural fires, aircraft emergencies, wildland fires, hazardous material spills, medical emergencies, terrorist and active shooter events and technical or water rescue responses. Contractor will then evaluate current emergency response resources at each installation and assign risk levels based on capabilities and shortfalls. As directed by the referenced AR420-5 this CRA/SOC shall follow the requirements detailed in AR420-5, Chapter 5- Community Risk Management.
