Install a new sewer line from property line into street sewer. Cut and repair street. Pay associated fees. Method of installation and materials to comply with plumbing code requirements. Verify lineal footage prior to submitting a price for work outlined in this specification. Install fill dirt, grade, seed and straw work area. Disconnect and abandon old septic system according to Kent County Health Department standards and practices. Pump tanks and either fill with sand or crush tanks and fill void with soil. Send documentation to Kent County Health Department @ brendan.earl@kentcountymi.gov. If required, replace up to 100% of any rotten, badly warped or broken roof decking and nailers. Must use new 7/16" OSB sheathing and H-Clips. Before and After Photos are REQUIRED to document need for replacement and the work completed. Provide price per 4x8 sheet that includes labor and material, the maximum number of sheets necessary, and include the total calculated amount
