Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove debris, junk and trash from yard to legal dump site. Ask if homeowner would like to keep any materials first. Remove and dispose of homeowner's temporary walls built to keep warm over winter. On east and south side of home lower level. Remove foam board on north side of home and dispose of. Rake out loose mortar to at least 1/2" depth. Replace, properly align and secure all missing and broken masonry units. Wet mortar joints before applying new mortar. New mortar to be applied within 30 minutes of mixing. Match original mortar color and joint style as closely as possible. Repair block foundation as needed. Fill 2 block openings with concrete and add 2 anchor bolts 18 to 24 inches from each end. Frame 2 exterior walls including structural sheeting and rough opening for a 36" door. 15' x 5' tall 2x6 wall over block foundation. South side of home 13' x 8' tall 2x6 wall over slab with opening for 36" door. East side of home Sill seal, flashings and wedge anchors as needed. Repair any areas needed to the north wall of home after removing foam.
