Demolition shall not proceed until the appropriate demolition permits have been issued by the Antrim County Construction Code Department. a. Hazardous material: See attached Asbestos and Lead testing results: See Appendix (B). b. Demolish structures, footings, slab, trees and shrubs. Trees shall have the stump completely removed. Remove all shrubs or trees surrounding the structures. Remove all trees/stumps as marked with red paint. c. Fill voids from demolition with appropriate clean compacted sand and top with 4” of screened topsoil. Affected areas shall be seeded with an approved seed mixture. Areas shall be brought up to existing grade. d. Create parking area approximately 40 ft. by 60 ft. with a 16 ft. wide drive with a 6” compacted base of Afton. e. Create a 6’ wide walking path from parking area to the East man door of the COA building using 4” of compacted Afton. f. Coordinate the disconnection of utilities with the appropriate utility in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the utility involved. g. Coordinate the disconnection of the water/sewer lines and they shall be securely shutoff and sealed according to the policies and practices of the Village of Bellaire. h. All materials of any kind removed from within the limits of the project, as well as debris and rubbish, shall become the property of the Contractor and shall be removed and disposed of in accordance of all laws and or ordinances governing the disposal.
